Position Overview Our client is seeking a motivated and technically proficient Area Manager to support/run preconstruction and business development efforts for geotechnical construction projects throughout the Metro DC region. This role bridges engineering, sales and operations working closely with owners, developers, general contractors, engineers, as well as internal project teams to develop solutions, pursue opportunities, and secure profitable work.
The ideal candidate has a strong engineering foundation, understands geotechnical construction methods, and excels at building long-term client relationships.
