Job Summary Supports finance team by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and optimization of data across financial systems. This role involves maintaining, validating, and analyzing financial data to support key business decisions, while assisting the Manager Financial Systems in streamlining and enhancing the financial reporting processes. Position Responsibilities Assist in maintaining and updating financial systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. This includes creating and maintaining financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Work closely with IT to coordinate and support system upgrades, testing, and implementations. Assist Manager Financial Systems as a point of escalation when system issues occur, properly evaluating and communicating issues to the necessary parties. Communicate potential issues or pitfalls prior to occurrence. Provide training and support to financial systems users. Ad hoc reporting to assist in identifying opportunities for system improvement. Collaborate with accounting team to create best practice standards for financial analysis and documentation. Position Qualifications Required Three plus years of general accounting experience, including financial reporting and analysis. Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant accounting experience required. Annual Salary $66,950 - $104,059 (varies based on experience, internal equity, and market data).
