Designing, shaping, and enabling OEM warranty recovery processes using tools like Pega as the core workflow and decisioning platform. Translate warranty policies into scalable, rules-driven, automated processes on the Warranty platform. Work closely with Warranty Operations, Supplier Recovery, Quality, Legal, IT, and Technical Architects to deliver an AI-enabled, automated warranty recovery solution. Collaborate with architects on case design, data structures, rules, integrations, and UI. Leverage Tools features (like Pega) to build: Case Types & Stages Decision Tables / Rules SLA Configuration Work Queues & Assignments Pega Reports & Dashboards

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
