We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Roofing Project Manager to join our team and work directly with the President of our company on high-end, primarily new construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in roofing project management, estimating, and construction oversight. Key Requirements 5+ years working as an estimator or project manager for a roofing contractor. Extensive experience managing residential new construction projects. Responsibilities Review and interpret building plans and specifications. Perform accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for roofing scopes. Oversee installation details and ensure adherence to project quality standards. Communicate effectively with crew leaders and field teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure timely completion. Collaborate closely with company leadership throughout all phases of the project. Perform project level profitability analysis to inform project cost estimating. Qualifications Required 5+ years working as an estimator or project manager for a roofing contractor. Proven experience as a roofing project manager, preferably in high-end or new construction environments. Strong background in estimating, reading building plans, and performing takeoffs. In-depth knowledge of roofing installation details, techniques, and quality standards across multiple roof types both low slope and steep slope. Exceptional communication and leadership skills for working with Foremen. Experience as a former roofing contractor is highly desirable and considered a major plus.
