Missouri State University is hiring a Part-time Regional Outreach Administrator- Neosho. The role involves networking with institutions and agencies to support a specific geographic sector, identifying regional needs for program growth, facilitating program discussions, conducting student recruitment, and providing administrative and advising support for off-campus credit and professional development programs. The administrator also serves as a liaison between the region and Springfield campus staff and manages evening office hours as needed. Highlights Network with institutions and agencies in a designated geographical region. Identify regional needs and opportunities for program and enrollment growth. Facilitate 2 + 2 program discussions and student recruitment events. Identify potential faculty and obtain academic department approvals. Assist with marketing, admissions, registration, advising, and administrative support. Serve as a liaison between the region and Springfield campus staff. Maintain evening office hours for supporting off-campus courses. Required skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; recruitment, marketing including social media; Microsoft Office; project management. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred); 2+ years professional experience in education, public relations, or business; higher education and program coordination experience preferred.
