Housekeeping Manager (3rd Shift Overnight – 9pm‑7am) IBS, a national janitorial and hospitality services company, seeks a hands‑on Housekeeping Manager to drive revenue and oversee day‑to‑day operations for large accounts during the overnight shift. Position Summary Responsible for the operational and financial success of the IBS region. Salary: $68,000 – $70,000 per year, plus car allowance. Full‑time Responsibilities Oversee overnight janitorial operations Work weekends and maintain availability during required overnight shifts (9pm‑7am) Participate in planning and budgeting, manage regional budget with corporate admin team Control overhead expenses within the region Implement cost reduction and profit‑enhancing strategies Ensure service delivery meets quality objectives and contractual requirements Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity while maintaining high quality Maintain current and prospective customer relationships Support business development, new account acquisition, and customer retention initiatives Leverage relationships for new business opportunities Develop management team for professional growth Ensure region complies with company policies; respond to phone, email, text inquiries within 2 hours Oversee hiring, promotions, terminations in accordance with policy Conduct job inspections and correct deficiencies Ensure daily timekeeping, timely payroll submission Purchase supplies and equipment, manage inventory to meet contractual requirements Maintain constant communication with the regional Vice President Travel to client locations (local/national, some overnight) Identify incremental sales opportunities within existing customer base Qualifications Minimum bachelor’s degree 3–7 years of janitorial operation management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build trust, value others, collaborate, and solve problems creatively Proactive in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees and other departments Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Employee discount Car allowance Company cell phone and laptop Flexible schedule (where applicable) Schedule & Location Shift: 12‑hour overnight (9pm‑7am); weekend availability required Location: On the road / In person (travel required) Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
