Alliances Manager This role is focused on building relationships with key ecosystem partners and executing on a strategy to reach startups and technology companies that are currently unaware of Pilot. You will work closely with the Head of Partner Development to source, nurture, and convert partnerships with law firms, banks, venture capital firms, and other service providers that serve our target clients. This position is based in the Los Angeles area. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & securing new partnership relationships for Pilot. Nurturing relationships with various service providers. Hosting & sponsoring events with key partners. Lead follow-up to convert these individuals into sales-qualified leads. Rigorously track metrics around partner relationships, including inbound and outbound referrals. Work with operations team to surface referrals to partners. Collaborate with Marketing and GTM teams to execute initiatives in tech markets along the West Coast, including developing customized partnership collateral and planning partner events. About You Business development professional who enjoys engaging with partners in the startup/tech ecosystem. Builder mindset—roll up your sleeves to make referral motion work. Existing deep network of relationships with law firms, banks, venture capital funds, etc. Results-oriented and excited by clear metric goals. Deep experience in finding partners and generating real revenue results. Community builder who can host events, network, moderate, and be useful to people in a non-salesy way. Equity available for full-time positions. Compensation On-target earnings (OTE) range target for this role is between $127,000 - $183,000 in Los Angeles, CA. Base pay is 50% of OTE. In addition to cash, full-time positions are eligible for equity, 401(k), health benefits.
