About the Facility
Bon Secours Southside Medical Center is a 300-bed acute care hospital offering advanced technology across all major specialties. The facility features Level III Trauma designation, Primary Stroke certification, STEMI receiving capabilities, multiple CT scanners, MRI, ultrasound, and extensive specialty coverage to support comprehensive emergency care. Located just outside Richmond, the hospital serves the historic Petersburg community while providing convenient access to the amenities of Central Virginia.

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated employed W-2 pay range of $225/hour to $300/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock.
- $100,000 equity ownership opportunity after 3 years (full-time)
