Job Description CNBC is looking for an experienced Producer to be responsible for creating, producing, and overseeing segments. In this role, you will be an integral part of covering the most significant financial news stories of the day. This position is on the “Fast Money.” This position will also involve serving as a line producer for Fast Money at times. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 6 years of Editorial experience in a fast-paced newsroom environment, ability to anticipate and respond quickly to change Strong understanding of the markets and prior experience at a financial news network Experience working with anchors & senior management on shows and across departments Desired Qualifications Possess ability to develop story ideas, research, and plan segments. Strong writing skills. Sound journalistic judgment. Live Producing skills & strong live control room skills Strong time management skills.
