Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Sr Project Manager to join our fire business unit.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Manage, direct, and coordinate all aspects of multiple and simultaneous projects.
• Responsible for project execution and successful completion.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, change order requests, subcontractor change orders, etc.
• Work with other construction trades to ensure projects stay within schedule.
• Communicate to operations manager all project status.
• Responsible for managing & procurement to ensure budget estimates.
