PMP Certified Project Manager

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and lead enterprise-level digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment

Lead structured change management efforts to drive adoption and reduce resistance among stakeholders

Manage internal and external communication and transition plans throughout the change process

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in project or program management, particularly in transformation or change initiatives

PMP Certification required; Prosci or equivalent change management certification preferred

Experience in gathering and analyzing business data to inform strategies and measure impact

Proficiency with business intelligence and project management tools such as Excel, Power BI, and JIRA

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
