We offer competitive benefits and the ability to work with a team of talented individuals. We currently have an opening for a Customer Solutions Associate in our Santa Ana office.
The Client Solutions Associate role supports Sales Professionals and customers by managing sales orders from entry through delivery and billing. This position serves as a key liaison between customers, Sales Representatives, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely fulfillment, pricing integrity, and strong customer relationships.
High school diploma or GED.
Working knowledge of MicroSoft Office Suite, Word.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to sit at a desk and operate a computer. Ability to move throughout the facility as needed. At times, may be required to travel by vehicle, or airplane.
Ability to perform the physical requirements stated above, with or without accommodation, are an essential function of this position.
