The annual base salary range for this role is $142,000-$168,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.

Required Skills

• User Engagement & Outreach: Experience actively conducting outreach to service desk users to clarify reported issues and ensure final solutions (bug fixes, enhancements) fully meet customer needs.

• System & Architecture Documentation: Ability to document front-end user operations to assist in test plan development, as well as mapping out dataflows, workflows, and complex system architectures.

• System Monitoring: Experience assisting with monitoring system health and status tools during duty hours.

• Agile/Sprint Support: Proven ability to assist team leads with Sprint activities, including planning, ticket maintenance, retrospectives, and drafting release notes.

• Reporting & Risk Mitigation: Experience assisting leadership with weekly status reporting and identifying project risks and mitigations.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, System Engineering, or related field) preferred, or equivalent professional experience with 7 years of experience, or 11 years of relevant experience.

• Familiarity with updating and maintaining System Health & Status tools alongside DevOps teams.
• Strong communication skills with a knack for translating user feedback into technical requirements.
• Experience working with team leads to maintain and update architecture documentation based on work-in-progress impacts.
