Must be able to lift 50 lbs., work outdoors, and be able to meet company performance standards. Career growth opportunities are available for the right candidates.Your Responsibilities as a Landscape Team LeadAssist with and participate in daily on-site landscape projects and tasks.Assist with directing the performance of landscape teams.Assist with the driving and hauling of company trailers.Delegate tasks to team members and assume responsibility for the correct completion of assignments.Mow with zero turns and push mowersOperate weed eaters, edgers, and blowersOrnamental tree and shrub trimmingMulch and seasonal color installationLandscape installation- Shrubs, flower beds, sod, trees, hardscapesWilling to work in varying weather conditionsSome moderate lifting may be requiredHow We Measure SuccessProfitable revenue growthOverall profitabilitySafety RecordEmployee retentionCustomer RetentionJob Requirements for Landscape Team LeadMinimum of two years' experience mowing residential and commercial propertiesMust have a valid driver’s license and ability to commute between multiple properties dailyExcellent communication skills and a positive attitudeAttention to detail and constant alertnessAbility to work in adverse weatherMaintain a safe work environmentComply with company dress codeExperience preferred but will train the right personPayThe pay range for this position is $22-$25 an hour and is dependent on your experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
