The Facilities Manager will ensure that the venue is clean and maintained according to Triple Shift policies and procedures. Oversee all building-related activities to ensure that the venue stays in good condition and is safe and well-functioning for venue staff and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect venue to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- Perform routine maintenance on facilities and make repairs as needed.
- Schedule routine inspection or emergency repairs with outside vendors.
- Maintain the upkeep of equipment and supplies.
- Supervise all facilities staff (Janitors, Facilities B and C) and show Spirit.
- Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions.
- Delegate cleaning and maintenance to other facilities team members.
- Handles leaf and snow removal as needed.
- Uses common cleaning tools and outdoor power equipment.
- Notifies the management team when major repairs are needed.
- Follow safety rules and precautions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Work other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position.
- Multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Analytical/critical thinking.
- Hands on skills and experience with facilities and equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Develop and perform schedule preventive maintenance on facilities/equipment.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
- Excellent time-management skills.
Pay: $52,000-$65,000 annual salary.
401k Information: You will be eligible to begin contributing to a 401(k) on the first of the month following your first 90 days of service and if you meet the minimum hours criteria. The minimum criteria for employee eligibility are 1) employees must be 21 years of age or older and 2) must work 250 hours in 90 days or an average of 1,000 hours in one year. Triple Shift Entertainment will match qualified 401(k) contributions as follows: $1 for $1 for the first 3% and $0.50 for $1 on the next 2% on what employee contributes to their 401(k) and you are considered fully vested immediately.
