Job Summary Position Type: Contract Anticipated Duration: 11 months (January 2025 - December 2025) Location: Midwest (50% onsite, 50% remote) The Security Lead will manage the security configuration and access controls for Epic, ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards. This role includes collaborating with IT teams to troubleshoot security issues and ensure data protection. This is a remote position. Responsibilities Lead the configuration of security settings within the Epic system. Ensure that access controls comply with organizational and regulatory standards. Troubleshoot security issues and provide go‑live support. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system security and data protection. Requirements 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT security. Epic Security certification required. Experience with system access controls and security management. Expected Travel 50% onsite travel in the Midwest.
