Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Harmony Care at Brookshire, a haven where compassionate care intersects with medical expertise and Texan heart. As a Registered Nurse on our night shift, you will provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the restoration of health and autonomy for our patients. Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients as assigned, administering, recording medications, and treatments as needed
Prepare for and assist with diagnostic procedures and treatments, reinforcing support and providing healthcare instructions to patients and their families
Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities, assisting with unit management, and assuming charge of the unit when assigned
Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless care

Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
