Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking a Staffing Specialist for a facility in Manning, SC who is a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties.
The Staffing Specialist manages employees and staff while interacting with client operations, HR, and safety personnel to ensure all production goals are met in a safe and timely manner. Proactively searches for qualified job applicants for current or planned open positions. Identifies and screens candidates and conducts initial interviews via phone or online. Seeks new business opportunities to place candidates from the companys database.
Compensation and Benefits:
$21-$23 hour plus commissions for procuring new business
