Follow up with prospective customers. Maintain the sales database. Present products to customers. Shop the area competition. Work hard, be coachable and willing to work weekends and holidays. Qualifications Two (2) years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred. Ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills – both one-on-one and in front of large groups. Valid driver's license. Compensation & Benefits K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC, a subsidiary of Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc., offers performance-based compensation that includes a base salary of $700/week for 16 weeks, $700/week draw after week 16, generous commissions per home sold with total earnings potential ranging from $150,000 to $200,000/year. Eligible for bonuses and additional incentives along with extensive benefits—including time off for holidays, 3 weeks of vacation time, medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
