Missions
You will join Credit Agricole CIB Americas as a Structured Financial Solutions Analyst.
At the heart of Global Coverage and Investment Banking and GIB, Structured Financial Solutions (SFS) is a global financing business line providing structured and highly efficient solutions to specific financial issues of Crédit Agricole CIB group’s main clients (hybrid financings, off balance sheet specific monetizations, holdco financing based on an Loan-to-Value approach, situation driven financings).
SFS designs and structures tailor-made financings, typically driven by special situations with close relationships and synergies with other business lines (e.g., M&A, ERA, ECM, CLF).
