Conduct virtual meetings with members to review available programs and benefits. Educate individuals and families on coverage options and answer questions. Assist members through the enrollment and application process. Maintain accurate records and provide timely follow-up support. Build strong relationships through professional communication and exceptional service. Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities. This role offers a clear path for advancement into leadership positions, including Supervising Agent, General Agent, and beyond.
Customer service, sales, leadership, athletics, hospitality, or related experience is a plus No prior insurance or financial services experience required Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer applications Experience working independently or in a remote environment is beneficial Personal Qualities Passion for helping others and providing exceptional service Strong communication and relationship-building skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Coachable and eager to learn new skills Goal-oriented with a desire for personal and professional growth Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Leadership potential and interest in career advancement Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and leadership development for individuals looking to build a long-term career
