Join a dynamic and collaborative team as a Site MEP Technical Coordinator, where you will play a key role in bridging owner project requirements with onsite activities and commissioning. This position offers the opportunity to lead documentation, quality verification, and cross-trade communication on complex construction projects, with a focus on electrical systems and basic mechanical/controls interfaces. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate installation methods to align with project design requirements, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met. Serve as a primary point of contact for owner representatives, subcontractors, field service representatives, and commissioning agents to facilitate issue resolution and maintain project schedules. Drive commissioning readiness, including pre-functional checks and load-soak preparation, while maintaining structured and accurate reporting. Lead field documentation efforts using Procore, managing punch lists, pre-task plan verifications, and safety walkdowns (including LOTO and PPE compliance). Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including photos, checklists, and punch items, and communicate project status and risks to leadership and clients. Act as the onsite point-of-contact in the absence of project leadership, escalating issues as needed to keep the project on track. Provide hands-on troubleshooting support across electrical and basic mechanical/controls systems as required. Qualifications 3–5 years of construction experience, with a preference for electrical systems. Completion of 2 years of trade school, college, or equivalent journeyman experience. Proficiency in Procore and Adobe/PDF editing tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, specifications, and one-line diagrams. Working knowledge of ATS, UPS, and switchgear systems, with exposure to commissioning and EPMS/SCADA concepts. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within North America as needed. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Preferred: OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, and First Aid/CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire) #J-18808-Ljbffr
