Mastercard Foundry is the innovation engine of Mastercard and a hub for new product development. This role will focus on identification of new digital products, services and solutions that differentiate and grow Mastercard's Core Payments business. The Director will partner closely with product, engineering, security, compliance, ecosystem partners and Foundry capabilities to design and deliver technically robust crypto/stablecoin products from concept through commercialization.
Responsibilities will include driving new product strategy, cross-portfolio narrative, and selective identification, testing and launch of new products and ventures that drive significant in year revenue and strategic differentiation for Mastercard.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
