For over 37 years, Senior Resource Group (SRG) has been an innovator in the development and operation of senior living communities across the United States. Essential Duties Supervise wait staff in preparing the dining room for meals, serving residents and guests, and maintaining the dining room after service. Ensure wait staff preside in designated uniforms that are clean and pressed. Maintain the daily menu board. Ensure staff provide exceptional customer service by seating residents, presenting menus and specials, answering questions, and making food and service suggestions. Confirm that tables are promptly and properly bussed, cleared, and reset in a timely and appropriate manner. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; or two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working in hospitality, residential, or club dining rooms preferred. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
