Project Manager
Lead multiple projects: Oversee diverse projects at different stages, ensuring smooth progress and exceptional results. Partner with clients: Collaborate with owners to understand their vision, functional needs, and budget goalsthen turn those ideas into reality. Shape the design: Work closely with our in-house design team to develop drawings, specifications, and material selections that bring projects to life. Manage the build: Administer contracts, coordinate schedules, and monitor safety and quality throughout construction. Drive financial success: Handle budgeting, cost projections, and billing to keep projects profitable and on track. Ensure compliance: Secure all necessary permits and licenses while maintaining adherence to building and safety codes. Collaborate across teams: Work with estimating, bidding, and field teams to keep every phasefrom design to closeouton schedule. Problem-solve on the fly: Tackle challenges like weather delays or design changes with creative solutions that minimize impact.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, KY.
The pay range for this position is $51.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
