If you require assistance or accommodation to participate in the job application process, please contact Recruiting@drinkmilos.com.**POSITION SUMMARY**The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising production employees by implementing policies and recommending improvements for production needs. **RESPONSIBILITIES*** Improve safety processes and behaviors to prevent accidents and injuries.* Plan, schedule and execute production operations and establish priorities.* Ensure process controls are established and adhered to for operational consistency.* Maintain knowledge and understanding of HACCP concepts and plant sanitation.* Review reports and resolve production and maintenance problems to prevent operational delays.* Achieve stated goals for efficiency, waste, and direct costs.* Inspect equipment to ensure operational performance and optimal utilization.* Develop and implement standard operational and working practices.* Manage employee performance, discipline, development and compliance with policies and procedures.* Partner with Human Resources to resolve employee relations issues and strengthen employee morale.* Compile, store, and retrieve production data.* Work closely with other departments to achieve organizational goals.* Recommend and implement changes in methods, equipment and systems to assure objectives of production are met.* Establish line performance standards; measure, take corrective action and report results.* Identify opportunities for moving the line/area forward in technological change and implement improvement strategies that will help the line/area perform more effectively.* This position has responsibilities related to Food Safety and Quality.* Uphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.* Invest in and is an example of Milo’s Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components.* This position has supervisory responsibilities.**QUALIFICATIONS*** Degree preferred but not required. Desired experience in a production environment with food or beverage industry.* Applicants must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence, speak effectively before groups and perform basic mathematical calculations.* To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office Suite to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and use of plant specific software systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
