Role Responsibilities Deliver a best‑in‑class brand experience to guests through sharing technical product knowledge and supporting problem‑solving. Build a deep understanding of our products and weave this information into guest interactions authentically. Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador both in‑store and in the community. Develop your passions both in and out of the store with the support of the team. Collaborate with store leadership on projects and brand initiatives to elevate the guest experience. Provide feedback on merchandising and in‑store experience to help drive sales. Maintain an open, collaborative relationship with your team and store leadership. Support various store tasks as assigned by leadership. Answer store phones, respond to voicemails, store emails, and occasionally Epicenter social media channels. Use the Point‑of‑Sale system to accurately and efficiently process guest transactions, including warranties, used‑gear trade‑ins, purchases, and returns. Receive and unpack inventory boxes (weighing 5–30 lbs) as required. Qualifications Passion for exceptional customer service. Expectations All employees are expected to be available for “Black Friday” and the second week of December through the end of the holiday season. Fully accountable for overseeing all deliverables in the Product Guide Role and Responsibilities document. Under store leadership direction, perform additional projects, duties, and assignments as required. Availability Requirements Minimum one open, one close, and one weekend shift per week. Availability must reflect business needs, subject to change at manager discretion. Full‑time: 30–40 hours per week (5 days). Part‑time: 10–30 hours per week (2–4 days). Contract dates: Summer2026 – early2027. Compensation + Perks The pay range for this role is USD 21–23 per hour (midpoint $21). Compensation may be eligible for a bonus plan based on store performance.
