Duties & Responsibilities Service day-to-day client needs, including fielding phone calls, email, and other communication related to coverage questions, policy changes, payments, cancellations, etc. Manage the execution of all aspects of the client renewal process, including obtaining updated information, marketing, terms and pricing negotiation, quote review, presentation of renewal numbers to the Producer and the client (where applicable), and invoicing. Review quote documents to ensure all insurance requirements are included in the proposal. Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction. Delegate work to Associate Account Managers I and II as needed and monitor progress and workload. Maintain relationships with underwriters, negotiate coverage. Ensure accuracy of proposals, binding of coverage, review policies, and creation of client policy summaries and binders. Setup and maintain electronic records. Use best practices and internal broker standards for service and maintenance of client files and information. Train and collaborate with team members on coverage, exposures, and client knowledge. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School or equivalent. P & C Insurance Producer License required. Four or more years of insurance brokerage or property casualty insurance experience in an account management role (preferred). Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Exceptional customer service skills. Strong reading comprehension and analysis. Strong data entry skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong organization and follow‑up skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and internet utilization. Applied EPIC Agency Management System experience (preferred). Working Conditions And Physical Demands Regularly required to sit; use hands, fingers, and talk or hear. Occasional lifting or moving of up to ten pounds.
