We are seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide high-quality counseling, education, and case management services for individuals working toward recovery. Position Details Status: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, plus on‑call one week per month and one Saturday per month Location: Cuthbert, GA 39840 Reports To: Program Director What You’ll Do Conduct screenings, intakes, and orientations Provide and document individual and group education sessions Deliver case management and clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings Support individuals using evidence‑based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and 12‑Step facilitation Connect clients with community resources and ongoing supports Serve as a positive role model for recovery and healthy living What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC I or II) OR a comparable combination of education, certification, training, and experience Three (3) years of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders Specialized training in addiction services Strong written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of counseling theories, case management, and recovery‑oriented practices Proficiency with basic computer software and online applications Valid Georgia driver’s license and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements Additional Requirements If in recovery, a minimum of two (2) years of continuous sobriety is required If you’re committed to helping individuals overcome substance use challenges and build healthier futures, we encourage you to apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
