Our Organization is looking for a driven and student-focused Special Education Teacher to join our middle school team for the school this full-time role youll help create an inclusive learning experience where every student can grow academically emotionally and socially.

Role at a Glance :

• Lead the development implementation and management of IEPs.
• Help create inclusive engaging learning environments where all students can succeed.
• Monitor student progress toward individualized goals and adjust instruction as needed.
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers paraprofessionals and related service providers.
• Provide direct instruction and targeted interventions for middle school students with diverse learning needs.
• Deliver meaningful academic behavioral and social-emotional support to learners receiving special education services.
