Position: Actuary - Model Development Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid) Compensation: $170K – $180K Base + Bonus Actuarial Summary: FSA-level actuarial professional with expertise in life and annuity valuation, actuarial modeling, and reinsurance transaction integration. This role supports Bermuda Economic Balance Sheet (EBS) valuation while leading key actuarial aspects of new reinsurance deal onboarding. Responsibilities include model development, valuation process enhancements, financial reporting support, and cross-functional collaboration with pricing, data, and technology teams. Ideal candidates bring strong technical modeling capabilities, knowledge of life and annuity products, and experience with valuation frameworks, governance standards, and scalable actuarial solutions supporting strategic business growth.
