This role not only allows you to provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients but also comes with paid relocation to beautiful Greece. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed effectively and efficiently.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will engage with clients to troubleshoot issues, provide detailed product information, and facilitate smooth communication. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about customer service and who are eager to embrace a new life in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
• Resolve client inquiries and provide comprehensive knowledge about our products and services
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex client issues
• Educate clients on how to maximize their use of our products
• Gather and convey client feedback to drive continuous improvements in our services
• Promote a positive and professional image of Mercier Consultancy during every interaction
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses covered
• Client-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software is a plus
