  • Oversee team of analysts translating business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Facilitate trade-off discussions across scope, cost, risk, and timing to drive informed decisions and outcomes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and automate contracting processes across the enterprise.

Program & Delivery Leadership

  • Ensure delivery governance, documentation, and adherence to enterprise SDLC, security, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate change management and stakeholder communications to support successful deployments and adoption.

Technical & Solution Leadership

  • Act as a subject-matter expert in contract lifecycle and related business processes, deeply understanding stakeholder needs, pain points, and value drivers.
  • Provide hands-on product leadership and team building for CLM Product Team supporting configuration, workflows, templates, clauses, metadata, and integrations.
  • Partner with architecture, integration, security, and data teams to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.
