We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for a strategic World Bank program. The role requires strong experience in managing onsiteoffshore delivery models, high-governance environments, and working with senior client stakeholders. The incumbent will be accountable for delivery outcomes, service quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
Strong experience in IT delivery / program management in global engagements. Proven exposure to client-facing roles and stakeholder management. Experience managing distributed teams across geographies (onsiteoffshore model). Exposure to BFSI / Public sector / high-governance environments preferred. Strong understanding of delivery governance, SLA/KPI management, and financial ownership. Experience with Agile / SAFe delivery methodologies. Exposure and some level of Hands on Microsoft or Data and AI skills.
Strong ownership and accountability. Excellent communication and executive presence. Ability to handle complex stakeholder environments. Proactive problem-solving and decision-making. Leadership and team management skills.
A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
