Strategy Consulting Associate - 2027 Key Role Details Full‑time hires will start as a cohort with other Strategy Consulting associates in August 2027. Position is a full‑time associate role within Capital One’s Strategy Consulting organization, designed to develop problem‑solving, executive influence, and leadership skills. Associates work on small, 4–8 person teams supporting senior leaders across the company on critical issues, with projects and teams rotating every four months. Opportunities to rotate into another line of business for one project cycle, providing exposure to a second or third year role or team. Participation in Capital One’s Analyst Development Program, offering additional professional development and interaction with associates from diverse backgrounds across the enterprise. Location requirement: candidate must live in the continental United States and attend in‑person at the assigned office in accordance with Capital One’s hybrid working model. Basic Qualifications Currently holding, or in the process of completing, a bachelor’s degree or higher, with an expected graduation by August 2027 or earlier. Salary (McLean, VA): $109,000 – $109,000 for associate, Strategy. Candidates in other locations will receive the pay range associated with that location, and actual offers will be detailed in the offer letter. This role is eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives. Incentives may be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
