The Superintendent plays a key leadership role in driving productivity, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple job sites. HARRISON CORE VALUES All tasks will be carried out in alignment with these CORE VALUES. Project professionalism in every detail — from appearance to performance — reflecting pride and trust. Ensure timely approval of accurate employee timecards and liaise with payroll to resolve any employee pay issues. Review and approve PTO and ensure accurate coverage for continuity of work. Maintain accurate project schedules and daily progress reports. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of paint and tools. Coordinate with superintendent team to optimize crew scheduling, minimize overlap and maximize efficiency. Client Relations Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and stakeholders. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and safety documentation. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management tools and reporting software. Must be able to speak, read, and write English clearly and effectively to perform essential job duties.
