Job description
Job Synopsis. Class A Recruiting, We are hiring recent CDL A graduates who are ready to begin their professional driving careers. This Over the Road position is designed to provide safe and steady miles. Training: Paid on the job training with an experienced mentor. Earning per week when on the Account: $1260 to $1500. Driving position: Over the Road, 2 weeks out and 2 days home with your family. Weekly Miles: 2500 to 3000. Key Responsibilities: Operate a Class A tractor trailer in a safe and professional manner. Follow all D.O.T regulations, company policies and safety procedures. Complete on time pickups and deliveries as assigned. Communicate effectively with dispatch and driver managers. Maintain accurate logs, trip sheets, and required documentation. Perform pre‑trip and post trip inspections daily. Represent the company with professionalism and reliability. Compensation and Benefits: Weekly pay with direct deposit. Health, dental and vision benefits. 24/7 driver support. Paid orientation. Newer well maintained equipment. Requirements: Valid CDL Class A license. Recent graduate from an accredited CDL school. Clean M.V.R and background Check. Ability to pass D.O.T drug screen.
