Job description
Stand-Up Forklift OperatorFindlay, OH2nd Shift: 2 pm - 10:30 pm$18.50/HR - Paid Weekly

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a stand-up forklift to transport pallets, reusable containers, separator sheets, and other packaging materials.
  • Load, unload, stack, and move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
  • Supply production lines with materials and remove finished products as needed.
  • Scan and verify inventory using handheld RF scanners or warehouse systems (if applicable).
  • Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain accurate inventory movement and proper material storage.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties when forklift operation is not required.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
  • Previous stand-up forklift experience (will take FL test onsite)
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong attention to safety and detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and operate a forklift for extended periods.
  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds when assisting with warehouse tasks.
  • Ability to bend, reach, twist, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures and around moving equipment.
