DutiesDescription of Duties: Working under the direction of the instructor, the Teaching Assistant will support the delivery and assessment of the course. Responsibilities include: •Assisting students with assignments and providing guidance on course concepts •Attending and supporting workshop sessions (up to three sessions) •Grading assignments and in-class tests in a timely and consistent manner •Responding to student questions via appropriate course communication channels Minimum Qualifications Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution Solid understanding of: •Digital signal processing •Analog signal acquisition, amplification, and digitization •Microcontroller programming (e.g., Arduino) •MATLAB programming •Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and support student learning Preferred Qualifications Relevant CriterionThe need to acquire experience is the more relevant criterion than previous experience in respect of this posted position.
