Torch Technologies is seeking a Requirements Analyst with expertise in military requirements development, capabilities gap analysis, and staff operations to support Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF 401) in its C-sUAS mission. JIATF 401 serves as the Department of Defense's central point for synchronizing and integrating C-sUAS efforts across all stakeholdersincluding the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Services, and inter-agency partnersboth CONUS and OCONUS.
The incumbent will assist in generating requirements to address the full spectrum of materiel and non-materiel needs, encompassing Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel (non-developmental), Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P).
As a Requirements Analyst your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
