JOB DESCRIPTION- Regional MaintenanceManagerSummary/ObjectiveThe maintenance engineer is responsible for all the common areas issues and guest room preventivemaintenance program on a day to day basis at all properties. Report to General Manager.JobSummaryOversees activities of maintenance department.Collaborates with Production Manager to schedule preventative maintenance activities.Responsible for building world-class mechanical and preventative maintenance teams that will keep equipment in excellent condition.Oversees outside contractors performing installations and projects at the facility.Oversees safety team activities.
