  • Track participation, maintain confidential records, prepare reports, and analyze program outcomes to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with wellness program development, budgeting, and implementation of new health promotion initiatives.
  • Provide referrals and educational resources that support employees' physical, emotional, and overall well-being.
  • Support the development of presentations, educational materials, and wellness communications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Strong customer service mindset with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while adapting quickly to changing business needs.
  • Experience coordinating events from planning through execution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Smartsheet.
  • Comfortable speaking to both small and large groups.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned region.

Physical Requirements

  • Experience providing wellness coaching or person-centered health behavior change support.
  • Knowledge of motivational interviewing, behavior change strategies, and the Stages of Change model.
