The Practice Finance & Operations Manager position will support and strengthen the financial and operational infrastructure of the Milliman Advanced Risk Adjusters (MARA) software product business. This role provides financial, operational, and analytical support across a rapidly growing product organization and plays a key role in improving visibility, reducing operational friction, and building scalable processes that support the continued growth of the practice.

Independent for over 75 years, Milliman delivers market-leading services and solutions to clients worldwide. We encourage our employees to give back to their varied professions, including leadership in professional organizations.

Through a team of professionals ranging from actuaries to clinicians, technology specialists to plan administrators, we offer unparalleled expertise in employee benefits, investment consulting, healthcare, life insurance and financial services, and property and casualty insurance.

The Practice Operations & Finance Manager serves as a central operational leader within MARA, strengthening the financial and operational infrastructure of the practice while supporting effective decision-making across leadership teams.
