This role combines operations, customer service, and poolside team support - with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership position as our business expands.Compensation & Benefits (dependent on franchise owner)Competitive pay based on experience opportunities for bonusesPaid training (we teach you everything you need)Birthday off - with payPossible PTO for eligible team membersOpportunity to grow into a full-time role as the business expandsWhat You'll DoYou'll be the heart of the operation - keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while making sure our customers and staff feel welcomed, supported, and energized.Operations & AdministrationAssist with scheduling classes and managing instructor rostersSupport payroll and basic bookkeeping tasksManage inventory and monitor equipmentHelp coordinate pool partner logisticsCustomer Experience & Deck Ambassador DutiesWelcome families to the pool and create a fun, friendly atmosphereCheck water chemistry and deck safety before lessonsAnswer customer questions about accounts, class progress, and programsAssist instructors and managers during lessons as neededCapture and post photos/videos for social media to showcase our communityKeep morale high for both staff and customers with a positive, energetic attitudeManage customer service phone calls and emailsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum QualificationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsFriendly, enthusiastic personality with a professional demeanorComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, energetic environmentWillingness to learn pool safety and program requirementsPreferred Qualifications3years of customer service experience (required for full consideration)Experience working with children or in a recreational/fitness environmentCPR/First Aid/Lifeguard certification (can be obtained during training)Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or scheduling softwareAbout UsBritish Swim School is more than a swim school - we're a survival-first, confidence-building program dedicated to reducing drowning incidents and helping students of all ages thrive in the water. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool.
