Job Description:
In a supportive role, responsible for providing comprehensive, detail-oriented reports while adhering to Bellin Health System brand standards. Works as a liaison between Employee Health, Human Resources, and the Staffing Office managing time and attendance. Works closely with the operational areas to problem solve staffing issues, as well as providing resources, if available, based on clear demand/capacity rules. With clear communication, excellent organizational skills, acts as an ambassador consistent with Bellin Health System vision, mission, and strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Two to four years in a leadership role in the health care field preferred, extensive knowledge of staffing and staffing systems/programs, and data collection and analysis interpretation a plus.
