AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. Within AWS, the Infrastructure Security Security Products & Services (InfraSec-SPS) organization builds and operates the software that secures physical access to every AWS data center in the world.
We are looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to lead the Security Products team. You will manage a team of engineers (SDE + SysDev) responsible for credential management and badge encoding, global intercom systems, perimeter intrusion detection, and access control engineering support.
This is a player-coach role. You will write code, drive architectural decisions, and manage people setting team direction, running sprint ceremonies, owning on-call, and developing your engineers' careers.

The Raven Team is part of Infrastructure Security at AWS. We build and operate software that automates physical security device lifecycle management across AWS data centers globally. Our platforms handle everything from automated device provisioning and health monitoring to red zone process automation. We work at the intersection of physical security and software engineering, partnering with security teams, data center security managers, and systems integrators to reduce the time it takes to bring new data centers online. We're a small, high-ownership team solving real-world infrastructure problems at global scale.
