Verantwoordelijkheden Je coacht en begeleidt medewerkers en stimuleert hun professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling Je zorgt voor een goede bezetting en een efficiënte planning, zodat de patiëntenzorg optimaal verloopt Je creëert een veilige, open en betrokken werkomgeving waarin medewerkers zich gehoord voelen Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid van zorg en ziet toe op naleving van beleid en procedures Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan verbetertrajecten en projecten binnen het OK-cluster Je stuurt op resultaten, waaronder productie en budget Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen medewerkers, medisch specialisten en management Kortom: jij zorgt dat je team optimaal kan functioneren én zich blijft ontwikkelen. Kwalificaties Hbo werk- en denkniveau Leidinggevende ervaring binnen de zorg (bijvoorbeeld OK, anesthesie, IC of SEH) Ervaring binnen de anesthesie of OK is een pré Je hebt een managementopleiding afgerond óf bent bereid deze te volgen Een coachende leiderschapsstijl: je weet mensen te motiveren, te verbinden en verantwoordelijkheid te geven Je communiceert helder, hebt humor en weet wanneer je moet doorpakken Je hebt oog voor zowel de mens als het resultaat Belangrijker nog dan je achtergrond is dat je gelooft in het bouwen van een sterk team, waarin medewerkers centraal staan en de ruimte krijgen om eigenaarschap te nemen.
