The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the facilities and buildings including garbage and waste disposal; performing event/room setups and breakdowns. This role is fundamental in maintaining our beautiful community and ensuring a safe environment for all.

If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver's license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. The company may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
Selected candidate(s) are subject to background and drug screening.
All Maintenance personnel are required a general physical ensuring the healthy ability to lift 50 lbs. This is arranged by our offices at no out-of-pocket cost.
Candidates may also be required to consent to a Motor Vehicle Report.
