As a Technical Program Manager, you will operate at the intersection of engineering, product, architecture, and business leadership to ensure that technology investments drive measurable outcomes. This role blends deep technical understanding with program leadership, Agile methodology expertise, and strong cross functional communication. You will anticipate risks, remove impediments, guide teams through ambiguity, and connect long term program roadmaps to organizational goals. This is a role that operates with broad autonomy and influence, serving as a bridge between technical teams and business leaders to ensure technology investments deliver results

What You'll Do

  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, sequencing, and alignment on key technical milestones and deliverables
  • Facilitate Agile planning, backlog refinement, and program retrospectives
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and technical challenges and drive mitigation and resolution strategies
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, and operational readiness
  • Drive change management efforts including training, readiness, and adoption support across impacted teams

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 6+ years of progressive Software Program or Project management experience in an Agile environment
  • Experience independently creating or implementing an AI agent or similar AI-driven solution
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Kiro, or similar in a professional context
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI to:
    • Improve workflows
    • Automate repetitive tasks
    • Enhance decision-making
  • Experience leading programs through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from ideation to deployment
  • Experience managing technical programs that include DevSecOps practices
  • Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines and release processes
  • Experience leading change management initiatives within technical programs
  • Experience working within a Scrum team, including clearly defined role and contributions
  • Strong ability to collaborate across engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders

Bonus Points

  • Certifications such as SAFe, PMP, ACP, or CSM
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, or enterprise integrations
