Overview The Houston office of Reed Smith is seeking a mid-level Associate to join the Capital Markets group. Responsibilities Represent underwriters, issuers and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings. Provide support in ’34 Act work for public companies (optional). Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience representing the above. Active member of the Texas bar. Compensation $235K - $365K. Represents the anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith’s pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary by location and experience.
